hey im trying to do that handstand thingy where you go straight from a backbend into the bent handstand, but I cant get my legs up... anyone have any ideas to help me get there? Oh an if you have any tips of anykind that would be awesome... thanks
you have to transfer your weight and your point of balance to your upper body--a good spotter would help OR you could practice by putting your feet on a slightly higher steady surface, then lightly pushing off of the higher surface with your feet and immediately transfering the balance to your upper body.
usually a chair against a wall works...
I think maybe being able to do a hand stand in the first place might help, thats what im working on so if i have any luck ill tell you
