I would like a to know of peoples stretch related resolutions... here I will start..
In 2008 I would like to be able to do a free form back bend (I can do it but I want to be able to go down and come up on command, no problem... now I can come up, and I want it to be tighter), as well as splits and a chest stand.
for those of you who would like to share your resolution dreams, as well as an area for support feel free to post your thoughts here. I will check back daily, just to see who is actually determined to get better (I mean like willing to do anything) and to gather some tips....
