Hi everyone just joined and have been looking through peoples Q about flex/con,and problems people are having.send me a line if anyone wants any info on pnf or strengthening muscles and joints correctly.
p.s. I personal Train quite afew professional athletes and rehabed my girlfriends knee after bad gym accident.
Ok so I do ballet and contortion...
and so our teacher (ballet) makes us do a lot of work, the usual is 25+ pushups and the thing for your abs where you sit under a bar and raise your self up keeping your legs at a 90 degree angle like on the floor when you were siting
then i try to stretch but i cant even do a chin stand because it hurts, a lot
for box splits put your legs in the straddle position against a wall and push your self forward until it hurts then wait and hold it until it doesn't hurt then pust forward more.
