I already have pretty good leg flexibility, but I want to know how to make my back more flexible. Any tips?

Hey, theres a similar question in the Forum section that has been replied to. Im trying to improve my back flexibility too, and Im using the 'doorframe' method. Its described in the forum discussion - basically stand in a doorframe with your legs against one side and bend backwards so youre holding onto the other side. Walk your hands down the frame as far as possible, hold for a few seconds and bring yourself back upright using your ab muscles. Repeat as many times as you want! Ive been doing it a few weeks (on and off) and I reckon Ive improved a little :) Hope it helps both of us! lol

I try with a lot of bridges and try moving my hands closer and closer towards my feet...Also doing cat stretches helps a lot. :-)
