i know there are rhythmic gymnast over here and i was just wondering if some of you are interested to share some tips about stretching,warming up and streinght excersise.
I'm especially interested in frondbending stretches, streinght methods and leaps!
I always use weights on my ankles, not for jumps or leaps , or anything like that, because thats not good for your ankles, but I wear them when I do front, side & back kicks, and other exercises on the floor, its helped me gain more muscle strength, which improved my leaps and my flexibility, and when you take them off after practicing with them, it feels sooo easy to do kicks. And they arent expensive at all, and im very glad i have them.
