Hi, and thanks :) Unfortunately as yet I dont have any pictures of front bends. It wasnt something I actually set out to improve, it just happened as my hamstrings got more stretchy. You have a great backbend, Im so jealous! lol
you wanted tips on your chest stand,
grab your ankles... like hug them, it should make you rock back a little more onto your chest (would improve it a lot)
