I love stretching, I'm not sure how old I was when I started, I do remember though just watching tv and stretching as though it were the only way I could sit down.
It's a bit true now, if I'm not stretched or something close to that I can't sit still.
I have been threatening to do yoga for about a year now, and i still haven't joined. Its partly the stereotype that guys don't do yoga, but mostly finding a class that i think will suit me... So its a lot easier said than done... oh, and then finding a class that suits me, it seems most classes are on weekdays at 9 in the morning, or in hte afternoons at 2, which is also inconvenient for me...
I think it helps doing a class just to make sure you stretch regularly and consistently... Do you ever have problems with keeping a stretching routine?
Hello Erika! I am quite similar to you in many ways, thats really the main reason why i really battle doing yoga, because i can't sit in an asana for too long, which is why i tend to go for more repetitions, and shorter periods... although you are probably more flexible than i am... Do you think you would be able to do yoga?
