Movement is pretty easy as far as range of motion. I have to take the jacket off to do shoulder stands and back bends, but that's as much to keep it from getting in my way as anything else. It's a little bit restrictive through the shoulders, but that's all. The biggest problem with that costume (the reason I'm making some new pieces) is that the pants are so full I sometimes get tangled in them. More than once I've finished something on the slackrope only to step down and fall because my foot got caught in my pants. We refer to them as the Giant Pants of Death.
Thanks, yes the breating tip is the best, I learn alot on yoga, the neckspin is a classic move in trapeze I practice that to , the strange thing is when I do a fast spin like that I don't get easy dizzy, but when I hang in my rope upside down on one feet and spin , I feel it mutch more.
Sorry about my english
Yes, I've been performing for 8 years and teaching for 5 years. As for spinning--I don't do too much of it other than neck spins which I haven't been keeping up with. I don't find the dizzyness as problematic as the nausia. You have to build up a tolerance to it, and when you stop, it takes time to build it back up. The best way to avoid it for me is to concentrate on my breathing and not gulping air.
