I know exactly what you mean. The same is happening to me, because i also tend to over emphasize working on my middlesplits that i neglect everything else. Perhaps if i had more stretching time, i would be able to do all the stretches in the world, but i just don't have that time. How often do you stretch?

Middles are tough!! i am working on them too, and they really take a lot of time and effort. Its quite saddening how much work you put in them , and then you find five year olds who just jump into them.... But they also fluctuate, one day i feel soo close, and the next day i am so far away... Middles are just mean!!
How is your stretching going? I think its a lot easier to get consistent stretching done when you often go to a dance studio, or to a class, etc. But when you stretch on your own, its really a challenge, because you are relying on your motivation, and when you skip one session, it often becomes two, and then three and before you know it, you've missed out on a month... Are there any particular stretches you are working on?

I was doing ballet every day when i lived in D.C. but then we moved to a place where the closest dance studio is an hour away and its not even a good one. I continue to dance on my own but I miss it SO much....
