Thanks for the reply! I know a few friends of mine who have discovered contortion the same way. My one friend was just bored and started trying some stretches, which she at first found difficult, but the next time she tried them, she found that they didn't hurt as much, and so just continued... And then another friend of mine just tried middlesplits a lot, and that way just had them one day, but i mean, he tried them a lot, like every day while watching tv...
So how did you get started with stretching and contortion? It really seems like you have amazing flexibility. I am one of those who have to work really hard at improving flexibility, and then i have to stretch consistently to maintain it...
