Hiya, cheers for the advice.. however it wasnt so much standing on one leg that was the problem, I do dance skating, so I can balance in an arabesque. It was having the active flexibility to lift my free leg up into a split position, like a penche in ballet. I can only split on the floor, with my weight to help push me down. Apparently I just need to get oversplits - that easy! ;) haha. Ive been thinkin about getting a PT, I have osgood-schlatter syndrome so Ive been banned from aerobics for a while. Its killing me.. I heard weights are a good alternative, but I havent a clue when it comes to them - Im a cardio lovin gal! Anyway take care!
