StretchMagazine

So far so good. I haven't embarrassed myself yet, as there are plenty of amazing, and amazingly flexible people here. I have much to learn, and am grateful for all the advice i have received thus far. The wall splits idea sounds like a good one, and is something that i have been actively working on the last week. I secretly hope that i can maintain this well into the new year, and reach the goal i have set a few weeks ago when i proclaimed middlesplits my goal for 2008. I have also added backbending, but i am more realistic about my chances of achieving middles long before i have my cheststand. At this point, if i do the wallsplits stretch regularly, for atleast 5 min per turn, it just might end up in a happy ending, added that i have done butterfly and frog stretches regularly between sets of doing the wallstretch, and granted that i have warmed up sufficiently, and not rushed into a stretch from which i will exit limping... and demoralized...
